We are located inside the offices of Inline Chiropractic  

Cancellation Policy – A fee of $40 may be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment. Full payment is required for no-shows  and 15 minutes after appointment time. 

Insurance – We are in-network with the following insurance: United Healthcare and Blue Shield of California PPO. (We are not in network with Blue Shield of California HMO.) We can provide super-bills to our patients for insurance out-of-network reimbursement. We may offer courtesy out-of-network billing for  PPO insurance with acupuncture benefits at our discretion. If we cannot confirm insurance benefits in advance, full payment is due at time of service. 

How To Prepare For Your Appointment – Please wear loose, comfortable clothing or bring them to change into prior to your appointment. Shorts with elastic waistbands are a good choice. Your acupuncturist will need to access all areas of your body. You might have treatments on the front body, extremities, or lay face down on the treatment table with your head in a cradle. Skin that is free of makeup is recommended. Towels and light blankets are used for modesty.
